Multiple pools don't work #116

When adding hosts to new pools, the pool resources are not separated. For example the TotalSpace for the pools are the same, and requesting one pool spills over and uses hosts from another pool.

In addition the wrong bricks get picked when creating a buffer. There are enough free bricks on the correct node.
