format on teardown #61

remove format on teardown. new buffers are formatted before building. this format on teardown will cause extra ware on disks.

I am happy with this as the data will be remove when the nvme is next provisioned. No reason why it cant be an environment verbal, however it should be opt-in.

endurance of the SSDs needs more monitoring but with a clear understanding of nvmes the extra format costs us an extra write cycle of the flash cells.
