Creating large swap files seems to cause problems #73

Needs investigation and log files from dacd, but @sjr20 has repored issues creating swap files greater than 7GB

The existing bug was creating problems when tidying up after the above failure: https://github.com/RSE-Cambridge/data-acc/issues/15

disabling swap support for the moment
