Talks Page? #27

New page for talks which have been given by members of the group on related content.

This content would not fit the existing pages such as Seminars, as they may not be part of our seminar series etc.

@mondus previously suggested an outreach top level link with talks and training included. In the current website structure this would either suit support & training or RSE Community.

How about 'Other talks' beneath 'Seminar series' under 'Community'?
