Or for example preallocate time on the grant with the higher percentage of FTEs and leave the employee to fill the gaps.

1) Copy and paste of daily allocation pattern
2) allocation of regular events like project meetings or regular consultancies
3) missing definition of a pattern of tasks. e.g. all days 20% FTE on project X or default configuration 80% project A 20% project B.
4) It could be of interest to define project main sub activities like deliverables or milestones so to help tracing time allocation.
