Does this patchset apply cleanly to the .Rmd flavoured workbench template? #5

As noted by @Robadob, there is a .Rmd flavoured workbench template and it would be good to know if the lesson setup patchset works with that alternative template in case anyone is inclined to use Rmarkdown.

@SylviaWhittle used the .Rmd template and the patchset applied cleanly, the only issue that she mentioned was needing to install rmarkdown and sandpaper.

Need to update the README to note the alternative templates and additional setup for .Rmd template.
