Alex: The price for Live Remote Captioning is $285 for the first hour of each day of any event and then $230 per hour for each subsequent hour, charged in 15-min increments. After-hours, weekend, and bank holiday allocations incur an extra 10% charge.

Sure thing.

Day 1 we only need them for 1 hour introduction and keynote 1, plus another 30 minutes for keynote 2. So that first hour will cost $285, and the second hour will be $230/2, or $115.

Total for day 1 would be $285 + $115 = $400.

Day 2 is just 1 hour for Explain, review, and keynote 3. So this is $285.

Day 3 we can just have them for 1.5 hours for the panel. Similar to day 1, this would be $400.
