This is the priority list of speakers for day 1. These are more senior and the day 2 can be more junior.

I checked the list and looks good

Chris is OK with the list. Rowland can start emailing. He should share the email first with Richard and Chris.

• Suggest Arianna talk at 4.30pm "a more holistic talk on our processes" without Miguel.
• Suggest keep a second Keynote 1 at 1.30pm on same day that is more about technical stack
• Suggest keep a Keynote 3 (at 1.30pm on day 2) is more about technical stack because of the poster session.

Some context:

It is an honour to be invited and I would gladly participate; however, since the focus on technical architecture – unless you would be happy about a more holistic talk on our processes i.e. how in our lab we interact RSE best practices with projects lifecycle with an attention to an homogenous and modular technical stack – I believe it would be best either to have our Principal RSE (Miguel Vieira - https://kdl.kcl.ac.uk/about/people/miguel-vieira/) give the keynote or do it in tandem.
