Discuss the potential of an RSE Team Leader half-day on Tuesday the 10th of September #78

A half-day workshop targeted at RSE Team Leaders the day before the conference starts. Based off this suggestion for a Team Leader catchup from RSEAA2023

I think I would like to do this for two reasons:

  1. It would be an excuse to reach out to RSE team leaders and remind them about the unconference (like marketing) and
  2. It would allow me to talk about RSE leadership training and
  3. It was quite popular from last year

I would like to discuss it with the organising committee to see if the extra work is worth it.

Similar to day 1

12.30pm informal networkimg

1pm welcome, explanation and introductions, survey including top 3 topics to talk about . I also want to introduce myself around my RSE leadership course.

2pm first session - talk about number one topic. Add to discussion board as topic.

3pm break

3.30pm second session - second topic and third topic in parallel if wanted

4.30pm wrap up and potential action items

5pm end.

Is it OK to change the dates? Rowland and Chris said yes. Change the marketing as well. Are you ok with this @richarddushime ? Yes. Rowland will do this.

Yes, definitely. The schedule can be blank for now and I can fill it in later.
