@richarddushime , I corrected this on the weekend, let me know if you want to make any changes in the templates

I only have a small inquiry on the terms and conditions

I accept that if I am successful in my application for a scholarship and/or a microgrant, that I must submit one poster to be eligible to receive the scholarship and/or microgrant.

I also accept that if I receive a scholarship and a microgrant, I only need to submit one poster.

I think the second one is not needed because the first one covers it and if someone has the time or decides to submit 2 posters i guess there is no issue with that

You were right in the first place, just one poster, thanks for picking it up. Please delete the second paragraph.

We should definitely read it again before using it as we have many templates to go through.

We put that service paragraph in so people who are anxious recognise they only need one poster.

To my Understanding of the first paragraph , its mentioned that one should only submit one poster
