Just opening this issue for a few things that I missed in the PR https://github.com/AdrianDAlessandro/rse-competencies-toolkit-webapp/pull/21 that adds the CONTRIBUTING.md:

The CoC is not yet linked in the CONTRIBUTING.md.
The link to "the repository Administrator" is empty.
Remove the disabled MD042  .
