Starting a list of relevant training that we can update as we go along and choose from for the inclusion in the framework and linking with skills (keep this issue open):

Essential Software Engineering for Researchers - Tooling, code structure, unit testing
Introduction to using Git and GitHub for software development - Intro git, not particularly unique to us
Further Git and GitHub for Effective Collaboration - More focused on collaborating with GitHub
