Guidance on how to be aware of sharing profiles publicly/within team (confidentiality). Not everyone will be comfortable sharing.

Consider a GitHub plugin for GitHub profiles to display profile wheel.

Could provide aggregated reports either at team or institutional level. This would allow identifying gaps and expertise without confidentiality issues.

The github plugin would be great for allowing educational resources to show how there resource constributes to particular skills.
