Have options to filter the profile wheel, e.g.

filter out the skills with 0 (only show skills possessed)
filter out skills with 0 but include skills required (only show relevant skills)
profile comparisons to be done on high level skills rather than granular (granular for 50+ skills will be difficult to compare)
