For now, this issue acts as a place where anyone can suggest resources to add to the collection. In the long term we will establish a more formal way to curate resources #3

If you are suggesting a resource, please include:

Title
Link
Brief description
Estimated skill level (beginner, intermediate, advanced)
Skills that the resource develops (mapped to the existing framework if possible)
How you would rate the quality of the resource (poor, medium, good, excellent)
