Resources for RSE leaders

It would be great to see some resources targeting RSE group and community leaders here too. A few suggestions below:

• [ ] A set of surveys to be sent out to RSEs. Having a consistent survey for each RSE community could enable combining results etc.
• [ ] Event ideas and frameworks. Geared around different themes like career, skills, networking, presenting of research.
• [ ] Team structures and funding methods.
• [ ] Role descriptions and interview formats

If there is interest around this I'm happy to contribute where I can.

Thanks @elichad ! I closed the issue as I thought perhaps it fits better into https://github.com/RSEToolkit/RSEToolkit.github.io but it looks like that repo hasn't been very active!
