Assuming this also refers to Career Pathways here are some ideas on how this could be achieved...

• Career path Graph based approach where we log actual and potential routes through the RSE career path. Example here: https://niccs.cisa.gov/workforce-development/cyber-career-pathways-tool?selected-role=SP-RSK-002
  • A skill shopping basket/portfolio approach with predefined skills sets that you work through. linked to competency scale. Could have preset skill groupings based on current career paths.
  • A more static/rigid framework of recommended career paths linked to skills and competencies required.
