Add the Distribution_Converter Function #34

Jeff D - you have a Distribution_Converter.R script with a number of functions that would be really useful to include in the RSGHB package.

I like this idea but want to wait till version 1.0.3 to release it. Maybe we can sneak it into 1.0.2 but it needs some work to generalize it.
