It seems that bike and walk are allowed on interstate ramps on the current SOABM input (version file). These should be turned off. Biking and walking should not be allowed on interstate ramp links.
The network version files should be updated accordingly, and they the networks should be run through the model to verify nothing is broken and that results aren't largely impacted.
