Fix Ambag example? #15

Ambag is our example for the initial_demand and benefits step which are not used in the WFRC model. It also uses the scenario comparison feature, which is currently unused in WFRC. If we want to continue supporting these steps/features, we should consider updating the Ambag example or incorporate these features into the WFRC example. Alternatively we can break them out into isolated unit tests.

Decided to remove AMBAG code. initial_demand and benefits are still present for possible future use, but not currently maintained.
