The README is starting to get a little out of date.

[x] update to use WFRC as main example
[x] describe test example and explain runner script
[x] remove walk/auto modes
[x] skims are from-zone/to-zone, not from-node/to-node
[x] generalize input descriptions
[x] include new gen_demand outputs
