Help on weird SWS results #24

Hello Marc,

Thank you again for all the work you shared on ARFI with Verasonics. I adapted your program working with an L7-4 probe for a Vantage 64-LE System (128 channels in emission, 64 in reception). I can now record the three files corresponding to IQ data (two files : one file for each) from a viscoelastic phantom and an parameter file. I then placed the three files in a directory comprising the analyzing scripts. Running them, I often have an error and results exhibitting a large standard deviation (even when I select a small range of frequencies). I also compared with the data you provided as an exemple, and I am convinced something is not normal in my own data. Please find attached a couple of print screen illustrating the results I can see. I even wonder if the problem comes more from the settings of the analysing script, or from the acquisition with the Verasonics...

Would you please give me a clue, if you can identify something you know on the images I sent? Would you also have a documentation for the analysing script, in addition to the paper Ultrasonic Shear Wave Elasticity Imaging Sequencing and Data processing Using a Verasonics Research Scanner?

It is the first time I am trying to perform ARFI, I probably just missed something, but your work was already really helpful!

@VictorBarr it looks like you might have some invalid data trying to be processed. If you have the ability to send me a link to download your raw data and associated parameter files, I can see if I can replicate the issues locally.
