Could you give a few more details on what you expect to see in the bridge? You can find a template here with what's usually useful.

Label should probably also be changed to Bridge-Request.

I would have better generate a google calendar with those informations. Because date management will be hard : which date should we put in a new message ? The date at which the element appeared on releases site, or the release date (which will be in the future) ?
