AO3Bridge: add options to fetch chapter contents and list titles #3981

Pulls in the in-page heading for lists, adds in options for lists to either pull in entire work contents, first or last chapters, or nothing (default, in line with current functionality).

Work feeds pull in work content now as well.

File downloads added to list feed entry enclosures.
