Describe the bug Incorrect link in <link /> tag, missing TG username.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to https://rss-bridge.org/bridge01/?action=display&bridge=TelegramBridge&username=%40lider&format=Mrss
  2. See links like so: <link>https://t.me//9404</link>

Expected behavior Links should be like this: <link>https://t.me/lider/9404</link>
