specify system section for enabling bridges

Specifying that the [system] section should be used when enabling Bridges. It is currently not explicit in documentation except if you check the sample configuration file.

this problem also exists in the README btw.

some docs is duplicated. my personal stance is to shrink the docs folder, and not have duplicate docs.
