Telegram bridge: empty entries for posts with text formatted as a quote #4207

Describe the bug Telegram has a "quote" type of text formatting for some time now. Posts that contain text with this formatting appears in the feed as an empty entry with "[no title] [no content]"

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Subscribe to any public Telegram channel
  2. Wait for a post with the text formatted as a quote
