[CubariProxyBridge] add bridge for cubari manga proxies #4220

Adds bridge for other manga sites available through https://proxy.cubari.moe:

Uses the proxy to fetch source images; notably, the existing Mangadex bridge can't do this properly as CDN source images are IP-restricted.
