[Rumble] Remove URL parameters from links #4230

Rumble has started adding tracking parameters to links on channel pages. This made dozens of old videos reappear as new on my RSS reader. Please remove all parameters while parsing video links.

Example channel: https://rumble.com/c/RonPaulLibertyReport

Example link with tracking parameter: https://rumble.com/v5bykrh-will-rfk-jr.-have-the-last-laugh.html?e9s=src_v1_ucp

Post URLs now contain double slashes (e.g. https://rumble.com//v5cgi8t-telegram-founder-arrested-free-speech-facing-firing-squad.html).

that change was not introduced by my fix. but yes it's a prior bug
