Can you add a select/dropdown/list for Profile?

Because in the future, people are gonna request other types of bluesky data, and I want it all centralized in a single bridge.

Also perhaps rename to BlueskyBridge?

Hope I understood you correctly. The list for Profile has only one option since the bridge currently only uses getAuthorFeed.
