Missing 'read data and pay data owner' tutorial? #13

Going by the 'Ownership Economy' as one of the key uses cases I expected to be able to write this.

Or is it not yet supported? Currently, all requests are free of charge, we expect this to change soon. An REP is required before implementation - from the docs

Yes, as of now it's not implemented, the relevant implementation must be agreed upon by the entire community, especially the developers.

not really, trying to test what is possible with rss3 at the moment

payment for requests not implemented yet - ok thanks, I understand

More specifically my use case is to make a dapp that lets users publish content in a data format that canbe machine-parsed and other users can see those packets of content and display on their machines, in their application instance.
