fix(source/arweave): ignore arweave pull bundlr data err #353

Summary

We are unable to retrieve Bundlr data in the Arweave transaction: https://viewblock.io/arweave/tx/iSt7dRXQZGihbrc4Pwxr0Qx7W3iIoR_Uf8U4GckTtSY.

This issue is blocking the paragraph worker in block height 1429691. Therefore, we should ignore it.
