chore(i18n): improve zh-cn translations

Description

• added new translations.
• use chinese punctuation marks uniformly, and use chinese corner bracket (直角引号「, 」) uniformly for quotation marks.
• some entries have a period at the end of the descriptive text, while others do not, it has now been uniformly added. (for example, the settings modal)
• remove unexpected spaces and line breaks.
• uniformly replace the pronoun "您" with the neutral "你".
• "如..."、"若..." are unified as "如...".
• "此..."、"该..." are unified as "此...".
• text with contextual relationships between different entries is appropriately polished to maintain smooth reading.
• some translations that do not match the English expression have been retranslated.
• GitHub related terms use official translations, "star" is translated as "标星".
• the translation of some entries references the translation style of macOS.
• unify the translation of terms.

Strongly request the use of a professional localization platform to complete the translation. The git lacks a glossary and cannot review and lock translation entries.
