Describe the bug

If I have modified the title of a feed, after exporting the following subscription to OPML via https://api.follow.is/subscriptions/export, the title of the feed in OPML is not changed, but reverts to the default title

如果修改过订阅源的标题，当通过 https://api.follow.is/subscriptions/export 导出follow订阅为OPML时，OPML中该订阅源的标题并没有更改，而是恢复成默认标题
