a settings checkbox to allow internal employees to be classified beyond external contacts
so for redstar.com, currently redstar.com e-mails are not added as contacts, but allow them to be added to contacts and classifed.
if it was enabled and the admin disables it, it should hide any internal contacts from search or classify
