Registration info isn't saved or duplicates in DB #44

Description: Registration info isn't saved in DB or is Duplicate Tester: Al Aloqla (Aaloqla@smu.edu) Frequency: All the time Reproduction Steps: Register and logout and register again with same info. Bug/Error: Registration info should be saved/unique.

Issue with our database password, this is fixed now.

yea so this issue is still exist, can't open this issue again but letting you guys know :) it also doesn't recognize the info i entered when i registered when i try to log in again.
