Can still "successfully" register even with the misconfigured DB settings from #49 #50

Steps:

Click "Register?"
Fill in all info, or some, or none
Click "Register"
See "Welcome!" instead of login boxes
Not really logged in, no info saved in DB

How do you know no info was saved in the DB? Is this you?

No, but the error was due to the incorrect DB settings. I just wanted to point out that the user would still think that they had made an account even though it wasn't successful.

The DB settings have been fixed, so you should be able to register now. The welcome confirmation is correct.

I can... though I can leave the form blank and click register and it will still go to the "Welcome" confirmation
