This is a refactoring and bugfix release. Thanks to the PR from @AgentOren (which I did not merge, as I placed the upgrade in this branch I already had prepared), with the update of the read-installed-packages from v2.0.0 to v2.0.1 (also big thanks to @Semigradsky here!), the bug on Windows, where @scope packages would not be handled should now be fixed!
