Added loupe view #2

Add ability to make RSBrightnessSlider Colorful. It now has the option to appear up a gradient between no brightness and full brightness of the selected hue and saturation. Default is still no color.

Also added a .gitignore file.

Moved ANImageBitmapRep to a submodule.

I cherry picked most of the loupe stuff I believe, so I'm going to close this. Reopen if you think something needs to be addressed
