完成了M5311接入系统AT组件，目前在我的毕设上运行良好，能够正常注册到网卡以及获取模块信息，但还没规范接入到env配置工具，希望更多人加入完善此驱动。 https://github.com/LXGMAX/NB-IoT_M5311
