已完成：

注：

模块没有透传，所有数据要封装在AT命令中，故socket收发数据需要增加AT_CMD_MAX_LEN、RT_SERIAL_RB_BUFSZ的设定值（已在文档中说明）
经过数次测试以及个人项目中应用验证，代码已经稳定运行
