After untaking research it seems that the best route is to implement this spec and then refactor into RFC 5389

IoC is wait for it.. the wrong way round, needs to be the server being injected into, not the other way round as per https://github.com/RTCFly/FlyTurn/commit/a2e68425616c7f1a0cb2662ac1b228f571549202
