Cleaned up installation and setup

Description

The current installation instructions are not clear and use multiple different sources for files and dependencies. This makes it difficult to set up and run the test script.

I have updated the installation to run in a Docker container. Usage can be found in the updated README.md.

By running the .bin/test.sh script

While the suggestions are much appreciated, they cannot be accepted in its current state.

1. crisproff comes as its own package with separate authors and licence
2. crisproff energy_dics.pickle file is missing
3. installation of tensorflow and other python packages potentially comes with different versions of python, potentially creating conflicts
4. separate instructions and requirements outside docker still needs to be in there.

If these issues were fixed, we would be very glad to include the docker instructions. Otherwise, we will try to set it up in an upcoming release.
