Bug - On the API the accreditor for University of Phoenix-Online it says null #1197

This maybe an issue with the data itself... but only one of UoP's 71 campuses has an accreditor associated with the campus (University of Phoenix-Phoenix Campus, unitid 105516)

I am pretty sure this is because the OPE match that is being used is only looking for an exact 8-digit match with the OPE list. The UoP Phoenix campus is the "main campus" and therefore there is an exact OPE-8 match.

The data should use an OPE-6 match to assign accreditors... much like they do with cohort default rates.
