BUG: Race/Ethnicity graph has unclear/inappropriate descriptions #840

Under "Student Body," the "Race/Ethnicity" includes several descriptions that are unclear to the layman -- "aian" and "nhpi" -- as well as a description that may be offensive and does not appear to be an "ethnicity" per se -- "non-resident alien." Recommend potentially omitting the "non-resident alien" or re-characterizing as "international student" if that is what this category actually means.

As a visitor curious about College Scorecard, I ran into this issue. Here's the race/ethnicity list for the school I checked out:

I was confused about why "non-resident alien" is listed as a race/ethnicity.

I looked at the "information" tooltip while writing this issue, but it didn't quite help me understand:

I wondered if it was an explanation for why the categories are weird ("there's nothing we can do, the Office of Management and Budget says we have to use these categories"), or an explanation for where the data comes from ("nobody is guessing on this, the OMB requires colleges to provide accurate data"), or something else. :)
