Changes to work with production data #43

The new production data has several fields we're pulling and reporting on missing for some reason. This patch comments out these fields for now. We intend to have these fields long-term so this will probably be pulled out in upcoming work.

We'll merge this in for now. Ideally we'll get the data/permissions changed in JIRA and roll this back out later but we need it for a working system now.
