Evaluation of Existing and Planned tools for DMC

I need to create a diagram of the existing and planned tools that can cover the current ingest process and long-term intended ingest pipeline.

I have done an initially evaluation creating a diagram with a basic working structure to go from. This meets the initial evaluation but I need to add greater detail as stated in #77
