Routing enhancements

This pull request makes a few changes:

• The options provided to the plugin are now stored in the global metadata store
• useHarnessComposable() no longer relies on getCurrentInstance() thanks to above which fixes a current urgent problem
• developers can now provide their own route path, name, and beforeEnter behavior to vue-router for autogenerated routes
