I updated the script to create a dataframe for the varied parameters based on a given number of samples (samples used to create the distribution, then iterations would be the number of times the experiment is run with the same control vars across the varied covariates). The analyze.ipynb shows the dataframes, there are two dose increase variables in that dataframe and that's what I'm working on figuring out now, but may not be totally necessary

I'm closing this PR without merging, because we have moved the experiment functionality to a separate repo.
