tmpdir dans LargeScaleMeanShift #12

Hello,

Could you add a tmpdir parameter on the LargeScaleMeanShift application ? So it doesn't write temporary files in the current directory.

The parameter io.temp already exists. But some debugging files seems to appear in the working directory anyway. We should either remove them or move them to the temporary directory.
